About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This modular sofa by Hans Wegener (model GE 280 for GETAMA, 1980) has a neat solid oak frame and dark blue leather cushions. The design is characterized by the visible wooden structure and clean lines. Light signs of wear are visible on the leather and wood, including some crackle on the seats. The sofa is modular (3 modules), where the modules can be assembled in different ways with simple steel sliding clamps (invisible). Also available for sale as 1 or 2 module(s). One module without an armrest is 63 cm wide. One module with an armrest is 77 cm wide.
From a smoke-free and pet-free home. I still have the invoice (based on other cushions, the leather cushions were purchased later). Purchased in 1995. This model was still in production at GETAMA until at least 2011.
