About this seller
ProfessionalProduct description
The George Nelson Pedestal Stool, made for Vitra, is a striking example of Mid-Century Modern design. This stool combines clean lines with functional elegance and is a coveted piece for design history enthusiasts.
The construction consists of a four-star base made of chrome-plated metal, ensuring stability. The round seat is upholstered in a durable fabric in a muted green tone. A chrome ring around the base of the seat serves as a practical footrest and underscores the thoughtful design. The combination of metal and fabric lends the stool a timeless aesthetic.
The stool is in good condition and displays an authentic patina that enhances its character. The materials are intact and the structure is stable, indicating careful use.
This stool blends seamlessly into both modern and classic interiors. It is ideal as extra seating in the living room or as a stylish element in a study.
