The Debsch Gemelli pendant lamp is a striking piece of Italian design from the late twentieth century. This fixture combines industrial materials with a playful, kinetic design characteristic of the postmodern aesthetic of the eighties and nineties.
Crafted from metal with a silver-colored finish, the lamp consists of two conical shades held in balance by a contrasting spherical counterweight. The red accents above the shades add a subtle color detail to the otherwise monochrome design. The ingenious pulley system allows the height of the light sources to be adjusted, which is both functional and visually intriguing. The lamp was produced in Italy and bears the original brand label.
