Striking French Mid-Century ceramic vase by Gabriel Fourmaintraux, signed “G.F. – Fait main” underneath.
The vase features a sculptural asymmetrical form with two expressive curved handles and a bold polychrome decoration combining bright yellow, black, white and turquoise-green.
Its elongated silhouette, triangular opening and strong graphic contrasts are characteristic of post-war French decorative ceramics.
