About this seller
ProfessionalProduct description
This classic toadstool chair embodies the timeless elegance of traditional living room furniture. Its enveloping silhouette and rounded back offer a refined aesthetic, accentuated by a distinctive two-tone upholstery.
The piece is upholstered in a deep blue velvet on the seat and inner face, contrasting with an intricate floral pattern on the outer back and sides. The frame rests on turned wooden legs, finished in a dark stain, with antique brass upholstery tacks at the base. A matching lumbar cushion in the floral pattern completes the ensemble.
Fully restored, this chair is in remarkable structural and aesthetic condition. The velvet retains its rich texture, while the patterned fabric displays vibrant colors and an intact weave. The wooden legs show a natural patina that speaks to its history.
Ideal for a reading nook or as an accent piece in a living room, this chair fits seamlessly into both classic and eclectic interiors. Its inviting design and visual comfort make it a perfect addition to any living space.
