Private sellerProduct description
This adjustable recliner chair by the Swiss manufacturer FSM is an example of first-class craftsmanship and ergonomic design. The 'Shelby' model is characterized by its clean lines and high comfort, making it a timeless piece of furniture for sophisticated living areas.
The chair is fully upholstered in high-quality black cowhide leather, known for its durability and pleasant feel. It rests on a stable, black lacquered metal swivel base that allows for 360-degree movement. The adjustable backrest and the separate, also leather-covered footstool ensure a customizable and relaxing seating position. FSM is known for its functional furniture that combines aesthetics and innovative technology.
The chair is in very well-maintained condition. Over time, the leather has developed a slight, characteristic patina, which emphasizes the authenticity of the material. The upholstery is firm and the mechanical functions are fully intact, demonstrating the manufacturer's high production quality.
As a functional design object, this chair seamlessly integrates into a modern or minimalist interior. It is ideal as a reading chair in the living room, as comfortable seating in the study, or as a central element of a cozy relaxation corner.
