This classic French clock set consists of a glass pendulum clock and two matching candlesticks. The ensemble is a refined example of nineteenth-century decorative art, where the combination of materials and ornamentation exudes timeless grandeur. The set is crafted from white marble and gold-colored brass, creating a rich contrast. The pendulum clock features a glass display section in which the pendulum is visible and is crowned with a detailed ornament of musical instruments and floral motifs. The dial displays Roman numerals. The two flanking candlesticks each hold two candles and are decorated with graceful arms and animal heads.
