Product description
France / 1930 / Plateau / chrome, mirror / Art Deco
A striking French Art Deco plateau, crafted circa 1930, featuring a geometric octagonal form with a polished chrome frame and mirrored surface. This refined design perfectly captures the sleek modernity and understated glamour characteristic of the Art Deco era.
The mirrored top, set within a sculptural chrome border, reflects light with subtle sophistication, while the stepped detailing on two sides introduces a sense of architectural rhythm. Its balanced proportions and clean lines make it ideal as a centrepiece on a console or dining table, or as a luxurious base for a bar to present glases or perfume display.
Beautiful vintage condition with minor age-appropriate wear to mirror and metal finish. Elegant in form and timeless in appeal, this French Art Deco plateau embodies the harmony of function and decoration that defines the period — a refined accent for both classic and contemporary interiors.
