This vintage religious print, framed in a wooden frame and behind glass, was used as a devotional memorial print when a young boy received his First Holy Communion in the Catholic Church. Based on identical illustrations found on historical Catholic prayer cards and commemorative certificates, this print dates from the mid-20th century, more specifically from the late 1930s to the 1940s. The frame can be placed on a surface or hung on the wall.
This specific framed print originates from France. Although the print is generally in good condition, there are a few small damp spots visible behind the glass (see photos).
