This 1970s Fontana Arte pendant lamp is a striking example of Italian mid-century lighting design. The fixture features distinctive teardrop-shaped turquoise glass panels that create a captivating interplay of light and color.
Constructed with a chromed metal frame and chain suspension, the lamp holds 4 central bulbs that illuminate the surrounding glass. Preserved in good vintage condition with its original wiring, this piece adds a refined, architectural element to dining areas or entryways. It takes 4 small screw in light bulbs. It works perfectly and allows a lit of light through the glass. The glass plates are removabke for cleaning etc. It has a lovely modern look while retaining its mid century charm and uniqueness. The length of the chain is 56 cm.
