A functional yet distinctive step stool, Swiss-made by Kelko, manufactured in the 1960s or 70s. Typical of the era, this piece combines a clean, industrial design with high everyday usability. The frame is made of chrome-plated steel tubing, and its slim construction gives it a light yet sturdy appearance. The steps are covered with ribbed plastic or Resopal, ensuring a secure footing and emphasizing its robust suitability for household use. A particularly characteristic feature is the folding mechanism: compact and space-saving when folded, the stool unfolds into a stable two-step ladder in just a few simple steps.
