A spectacular Fobrux No. 4839 stove, showcasing the bold streamlined aesthetic of the Art Deco / Machine Age period. Finished in deep burgundy-brown enamel with contrasting polished chrome details, this substantial piece has an exceptionally architectural appearance. The rounded corners, curved doors, chrome handles and striking geometric central grille give the stove its characteristic 1930s–1940s look. The upper cooking surface features decorative ribbed enamel panels surrounded by a broad metal trim, while the raised backsplash completes the streamlined design. The front bears the original Fobrux script together with the model/serial number 4839. An unusual survivor and a fantastic decorative statement piece for an industrial, Art Deco or eclectic interior. It could also make an impressive prop or display piece for a restaurant, hotel or retail environment.
