Beautiful and rare antique enamel flower pot from the art deco period, designed by Charles Catteau for Boch Keramis, decor number D704, form number F424, circa 1922-1924, Belgium, marked and numbered at the bottom.
This flower pot has a polychrome decor, stylized 'rosette' floral decor, geometric blue and turquoise pattern on a cream crackle background, this object is art deco through and through and has a very high collector's value, the vases are much more common than this rare flower pot or cache pot.
Timeless design that today still fits very well in modern interiors, elegant design of very high quality, a treat for the eye!
This item is in good used condition, nice condition for being over 100 years old, no cracks or breaks, a tiny chip in the glaze of the rim of the neck, but otherwise in perfect condition, check the photos for more details!
