About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is a Papillona Floor light, produced by Flos and designed by the celebrated Italian design duo Tobia and Afra Scarpa. The piece is an icon of Italian design, known for its slender silhouette and its ability to provide indirect and diffused lighting. The lamp features a lacquered metal structure with a black square base and a thin dark red stem. The fan-shaped diffuser is made of prismatic glass, designed to optimize light reflection upwards. Produced in Italy, this Floor light combines functionality and sculptural aesthetics, as evidenced by the manufacturer's mark visible on the base. This example is in good general condition, consistent with its age and use. The lamp is fully functional and comes with a pair of new, unused replacement glass diffusers, an important detail that ensures its longevity. Thanks to its minimalist design and ambient light, the Papillona lamp elegantly integrates into various living contexts, from a modern living room to a study. Its iconic shape makes it a discreet yet distinctive focal point in any interior. Metal structure in good condition with more evident signs on the base, dimmer not working.
