About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is an Archimoon Classic desk lamp, designed by Philippe Starck for the Italian manufacturer Flos. The piece is a prime example of functional design, combining an archetypal form with modern materials and precise engineering.
The lamp is made of aluminum and steel and has a matte, silver-colored finish. Its construction consists of a stable, round base and a fully movable arm with a spring-loaded system, which allows for precise alignment of the light. The inner glass diffuser and the outer aluminum shade provide direct yet pleasant illumination. As can be seen on the label, this lamp was made in Italy.
Overall, the lamp is in very good, well-maintained condition and is fully functional. The mechanical joints and the spring system work perfectly, allowing for smooth adjustment. The original surface finish is well preserved and gives the lamp an authentic character.
As a functional work lamp, the Archimoon is ideal for a desk in a home office or as a reading lamp next to an armchair. Its timeless and technical design blends seamlessly into modern, minimalist, or industrial interior styles.
