The beautiful and versatile height-adjustable ceiling lamp, model Onos 55, was designed and produced in Germany in 1970 by Florian Schulz. Crafted from brushed brass, the lamp features a heavy, solid brass globe at its center, allowing for easy height adjustment. The ingenious system, in which the electrical wire runs through the brass globe to adjust the height, is not only functional but also minimalist and visually appealing.
The lamp's high-quality brass construction and polished finish reflect the glamour and polish that were central to 1970s design. Brass was a popular material during this period and added a touch of refinement to interiors.
