Italian work, 1986 H 212 x W 34 x D 31.5 cm Lacquered steel and perforated metal diffuser Used condition Two perforated diffusers pivoting on the same axis, characteristic black and white stripes, vertical silhouette close to a stylized Japanese architecture. Designed by architect Mario Botta in 1986 for Artemide's Masters collection, a model now preserved at the Metropolitan Museum in New York — a milestone of postmodernism applied to lighting. Some wear and small paint chips visible on the structure.
