Biography: Fernand Flausch (1948–2013) was a Belgian artist from Liège, trained at the city's Academy of Fine Arts, where he taught screen printing from 1973 onwards. A leading figure in Belgian Pop Art, he developed a colourful and exuberant visual universe combining painting, comics, neon, video and installations.
