About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This lounge chair is a design piece attributed to designer Gillis Lundgren, dating from the early 1970s.
Known as the « Revolt » model, it embodies the aesthetic of its era with a low, relaxed silhouette that combines comfort and structural minimalism.
The structure of the lounge chair is made of chromed tubular metal, forming a continuous and elegant frame that supports the seat.
The unique cushion, which serves as both seat and backrest, is generously padded and upholstered in an anthracite grey fabric.
The tufting of the cushion creates a welcoming relief and a distinctive visual texture, typical of 70s furniture design.
Presented in good vintage condition, this lounge chair has retained its authentic character.
The chrome structure is well preserved, while the original fabric upholstery shows a patina and wear that bear witness to its history and use over the decades.
With its low profile and inviting design, this lounge chair will find its place in a living room, reading nook, or bedroom.
For sale: 2 black lounge chairs
