About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This striking armchair combines a robust wooden frame with a seat and backrest made of saddle leather. The design is characterized by flowing lines and striking, curved armrests that give the piece of furniture a stately, throne-like appearance.
The frame is crafted from solid wood with a warm, dark brown finish. The seat and backrest consist of thick, natural-colored leather attached to the frame with decorative stitching and copper-colored nails. The combination of materials and the artisanal finish emphasize the classic character of this chair.
The armchair is in good condition and displays an authentic patina that has developed over the years. The leather has acquired a lived-in look, which contributes to the vintage charm of the furniture, while the construction remains sturdy and functional.
This piece of furniture comes into its own perfectly in a classic or eclectic interior. It makes a characterful addition to a reading nook, library, or next to a fireplace, where it offers both comfort and a distinctive aesthetic.
