French work, 1967 H 64 x W 84 x D 66 cm Foam and Kvadrat fabric Very good condition, fully restored Low shell in draped foam with no visible structure, low seating, an organic line recognizable among all. Designed by Pierre Paulin for Artifort, this model applies the then-new foam molding techniques in France to the armchair, following the Papillon armchair designed a few years earlier for the same manufacturer. Fully restored (foam and fabric redone), glides marked "A" by Artifort. Only one piece remains available.
