Vintage Strehla Ceramic Vase/Pitcher 9011 - GDR Fat Lava - 18 cm Authentic vintage ceramic vase/pitcher from the renowned East German manufacturer VEB Strehla, produced in the 1960s/1970s in the former GDR (East Germany). This model (numbered 9011 on the base) is distinguished by its elegant cylindrical neck with a beige/cream glaze and its bulbous body with a single handle. The base features a superb textured relief in the "Fat Lava" style with spiral patterns and glaze drips in shades of brown, tan, and orange. Markings visible on the base: model number 9011, the official trapezoidal logo of the Strehla factory, and the letters "GDR". Height: 18 cm Maximum diameter: 14 cm In perfect vintage condition, no chips or cracks. The colors and textures are very well preserved. Ideal for Mid-Century Modern or retro interior design, or to complement a collection of German ceramics (West Germany / East Germany).
