Product description
Fan-shaped bronze mirror in Art Nouveau style, from Spain 1930s. The plate of the mirror is weathered in a very attractive way. The setting and back is copper, the mirror contains 5 porcelain paintings. Impressive and hard to find, with 5 beautiful miniature paintings on porcelain of Goya scenes in excellent condition. The mirror has a 90 degree fold out stand to place the mirror on any surface. Unique piece.
The mirror is very pleasingly weathered, the glass shows hazy spots and a single small chip. The paintings are -especially considering their age- in excellent condition. The work has a copper backplate and can be put upright with a fold-out base (also made of copper).
