The shape is that of country coffee pots, tall and cylindrical, with a slightly raised spout that gives its silhouette an almost stately air. On the body, a hand-painted bouquet displays its dark, graphic stems: a yellow tulip opens wide, accompanied by pink and mauve anemones with generous petals. The same bouquet, more concentrated, adorns the lid. Touches of cobalt blue on the spout, handle, and the rim of the lid provide a lively counterpoint to the whiteness of the faience. The lid is secured by a small metal ring, a practical and discreet detail that highlights the care taken with these everyday objects. French faience, 1950s-1970s. Height approximately 19 cm.
