The Big Shadow lamp, designed by Marcel Wanders, is a freestanding diffused lighting fixture available in different sizes and heights.
One of the designer's first projects, Big Shadow is an accurate reflection of his vision: combining materials and innovative techniques with traditional styles and archetypes. The inspiration for these lamps can be found in abat-jour table lamps, which here have been given a contemporary twist, with the fabric covering not only the top of the lamp, but also the base, to create a warm and cozy light source.
Big Shadow has a structure of chromed lacquered metal with a special shade.

For sale with Big Shadow Cappellini (last pictures).Lampshade is slightly dented in some places. Because of the fabric texture, this is hardly visible from the outside. Sometimes there are some flat pieces (where it should be perfectly round). This can be seen in the photos from the inside. However, this does not detract from the shape of the light or the overall look. The base is in perfect condition though.
