This extendable dining table by Arco combines functional sophistication with timeless design. Its striking silhouette is defined by the combination of a warm cherry wood tabletop and four black, elliptical pedestal legs.
The wooden construction impresses with its clean lines and the high-quality craftsmanship typical of the Dutch manufacturer Arco. The round tabletop, with a diameter of 120 cm, can be extended into a generous oval shape of either 179 cm or 238 cm in length using a sturdy mechanism and two extension leaves. This makes the table particularly versatile for different room sizes and guest situations. The warm color of the cherry wood harmonizes elegantly with the dark base.
The table is in very good condition. It was purchased in 1996 (original price 3,545 DM) and has only been used with a tablecloth since, so it shows only minimal signs of wear (see, for example, photo no. 6). The extension mechanism works perfectly and underscores the long-lasting quality of this piece of furniture.
This dining table blends seamlessly into modern or Scandinavian-inspired dining rooms. It provides a stylish centerpiece for social gatherings and pairs perfectly with minimalist or classic dining chairs.
