Ever Meulen, whose real name is Eddy Vermeulen (1946), is a Belgian graphic artist, cartoonist and illustrator whose reputation can be compared to that of Joost Swarte in the Netherlands. His work is known from magazines such as Humo and Oor and he also made countless posters for Belgian music festivals.
Vermeulen is obsessed with Elvis. Not only because of his music, but also because of his Pink Cadillac and other beautiful cars. They fit perfectly with rock 'n' roll. Since his earliest childhood he has connected music and cars in drawings.
