He prints himself in his own studio/printing workshop. He has exhibited in Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, and Sweden. In 1984, he received the international Senefelder Prize in Offenbach, Germany, for one of his lithographs. In 1994, he received the prize for original stone lithography from the Swiss Lithographers' Association. Trained as an offset printer, he also took a course in stone lithography. After this training, he worked in various printing houses. He also took lessons in figure drawing and freehand drawing. From 1972, he began his career as an independent artist/lithographer. He also painted. He continues to take lessons to keep improving himself. His lithographs often take on various aspects of flying as their subject matter, as well as the contrast between nature and technology.
