About the artist:
I am Erminando Aliaj, an artist and photographer based in Brescia. My passion for photography has grown over the years to become the core of my artistic and professional path. Through my work, I explore themes of identity, diversity, and human connection, and I strive to tell stories that go beyond the visible, to evoke emotions and reflections.
My photographic quest has taken me to South America, Southeast Asia, and many other parts of the world, where I document places and people with the aim of creating a universal dialogue through images. I enjoy working with environments that transcend the urban context, favoring symbolic scenarios that reinforce the relationship between body, space, and narrative.
I have exhibited my work in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Italy and abroad. My photos have been published in magazines such as Vanity Fair, Glamour, Cosmopolitan, Elle Spain, Corriere della Sera, Repubblica, and others.
