Product description
This is a classic English partner desk, executed in the characteristic Chesterfield style. The piece of furniture is made of mahogany wood and features an inlaid leather top, giving it a stately and traditional appearance. The desk is made of solid mahogany wood with a deep, dark finish and a three-part, red leather writing surface. With a width of 180 cm, a depth of 90 cm, and a height of 78 cm, it offers a generous workspace. The design includes multiple drawers and cabinets on both sides, finished with brass knob handles for an authentic detail. For ease of transport, the desk can be disassembled into three separate parts. The overall condition of the desk is good, with a character that matches its age and use. The wood and leather show a slight patina that adds to the classic charm of the furniture, while the structure remains solid and fully functional. This partner desk is an imposing centerpiece for a study, home office, or library. It fits perfectly within a classic, eclectic, or colonial interior, where it exudes authority and sophistication.
