About this seller
ProfessionalProduct description
Here is a vintage Sideboard from the manufacturer MEX Mobelfabrik, made of wood. Its Scandinavian design is characterized by clean lines, rich wood grain, and functional sliding doors, typical of mid-20th century furniture.
This low cabinet is made with a wood veneer with a very pronounced grain, offering a warm and organic visual texture. The structure rests on two black lacquered metal sled legs, which create a modern contrast and ensure perfect stability. The sliding doors, equipped with integrated sculpted handles and a central lock, open onto an interior storage space with shelves.
The overall condition of this piece is excellent, reflecting careful maintenance over the years. The wood finish has retained its original luster, and the structure is solid and well-preserved. This piece retains its authentic vintage character.
With its low and elongated silhouette, this Sideboard is ideal as a TV cabinet in a living room, as a buffet in a dining room, or as a storage console in an entryway. It integrates harmoniously into Mid-Century Modern, Scandinavian, or contemporary interiors, bringing a touch of timeless elegance.
