Product description
Special vintage thermos flask by Emsa, model Brasil, executed in high-gloss off-white with black details. The strong conical shape, the pointed lid with a black ball, the sleek pouring spout, and the round handle give the jug a distinct 80s look. The design strongly resembles the playful formal language of Memphis and postmodern design from that period. Especially the graphic contrast between black and white and the almost sculptural form make this a nice design classic that also works well as a decorative object. The jug has a capacity of 1 liter and a glass inner bottle. This has been carefully boiled and cleaned. On the outside, there are some scratches and signs of use, and some traces are also visible directly under the black knob. These are consistent with its age and are clearly shown in the detailed photos. The jug is otherwise complete and in good vintage condition. Marked on the bottom with Emsa Brasil, Made in W. Germany. Dimensions: approximately 26 cm high, base diameter 16 cm, and approximately 20 cm wide from spout to handle.
