A beautifully crafted antique oak chest from the 18th century, dated 1756. This impressive piece boasts elegant proportions, with tall legs, decorative carvings, and beautiful moldings all around. The original wrought iron handles and lock have been retained, and the dated front panel adds further historical charm.
The chest is in beautiful, weathered condition, with a rich patina and wear befitting centuries of use. The base has been professionally replaced over time.
