This large designer lamp was designed and produced between 1970 and 1979 by the lighting company Hillebrand Leuchtenfabrik. The structure of the lamp is chromed. The hood is made of aluminum. The outside is sanded, the inside is off-white, so that the lamp emits a warm and diffused light. It can hold 3 lamps with a large fitting (E27). Hillebrand received the prestigious iF-design Award in 1972 for the design of this lamp. The design is timeless and fits into any contemporary interior.
The hood can be easily unscrewed for transport. The hood has been sanded. That fits very well in an 'industrial' interior. But spraying the hood white or black is also an option. There is one very small dent in it. The chrome has some black spots, but is not striking. Plug and cord are original. Everything works well.
The photos, taken from all sides, give a realistic picture.
