Product description
Eames Lounge Chair XL in Santos Rosewood and chocolate-colored leather
Some designs retain their inherent appeal, regardless of the era in which they are placed. This Eames Lounge Chair XL, crafted in Santos rosewood with chocolate-colored leather, belongs to that category. It is a version in which material, proportion, and comfort naturally reinforce one another.
The XL version offers just a little more space without compromising the original design. This makes the chair particularly suitable for those who appreciate the iconic silhouette while simultaneously preferring more generous seating comfort.
The warm character of Santos rosewood forms a harmonious whole with the deep chocolate-colored leather. The natural grain of the wood gives each version its own unique look, while the leather develops an increasingly rich patina over the years. It is precisely these subtle changes that ensure an Eames Lounge Chair only gains more individuality with use.
This version fits effortlessly into both modern and more classic interiors. Not as an eye-catcher that demands attention, but as a piece of furniture that brings tranquility and invites you to linger.
When choosing an Eames Lounge Chair, more considerations often come into play than just the finish. Dimensions, wood type, color scheme, condition, and provenance collectively determine which chair best suits the space and the wishes of the future owner.
Even after the selection, the same care remains the guiding principle. The chair is prepared with attention for transport or collection, where presentation, protection, and handling receive the same attention as the selection of the object itself.
