Product description
A striking Dutch minimalist armchair from the 1960s, defined by its clean architectural lines and honest use of materials. The slender metal frame, black lacquered wooden armrests and contrasting upholstery create a refined composition that reflects the functional elegance of mid-century Dutch design.
The chair is upholstered in a bold combination of deep red and black ribbed fabric, adding warmth and visual contrast to its restrained geometric silhouette. Its compact proportions make it an ideal choice for smaller interiors without compromising on comfort. Generously padded cushions provide excellent seating comfort, while the open frame lends the design a light and timeless appearance.
With its understated aesthetic and balanced proportions, this armchair is a versatile piece that complements both modern and vintage interiors. It is equally suited as a comfortable reading chair or as a distinctive accent in a living space, office or gallery setting.
Condition
Very good condition with minimal signs of wear consistent with age.
