About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
Offered is a set of four dining chairs, designed by the Dutch designer Ruurd Jan Kokke. This model, known as the TC chair, is a recognized icon within Dutch Design, valued for its minimalist aesthetic and functional comfort.
The chairs are made with a seat and backrest of bent plywood in a natural wood color. The frame consists of slender, tubular metal with a silver-colored finish, resulting in a light yet robust construction. Characteristic of the 1984 design are the slots in the seat and backrest, which both form a visual detail and contribute to the flexibility of the material.
This set is in good condition, consistent with its age and use. The wood has developed an authentic patina that enhances the character of the chairs. The construction of each chair is solid and stable, ready for further use.
With their timeless and versatile design, these chairs fit perfectly into various interior styles, from modern and minimalist to Scandinavian. They are ideal for use at the dining table or as stylish extra seating in a living or working space.
