This striking and very rare lounge chair was designed by Dr. B. Schwarz for Demury Products. The design is characterized by a flowing, sculptural form that immediately catches the eye and represents a strong example of Dutch Design. The chair is crafted from synthetic material/polyester in a deep brown shade, creating a robust yet elegant appearance. The material and construction make it a striking piece from the 1970s. The original Demury Products brand is still present on the back, confirming the furniture's authenticity. The chair is in good vintage condition with characteristic signs of use consistent with its age. The original finish has been preserved, contributing to the authentic charm of the design. This piece of furniture comes into its own perfectly in an eclectic or vintage-inspired interior. It is a perfect addition to a seating area or serves as a striking accent in a minimalist space, where the unique design is given ample room to shine. This lounge chair has been repainted in a brown color; originally, the chair was orange and features a protective 2K matte lacquer. Whoppah can arrange transport outside the Netherlands.
