Product description
Beautiful duo of two vintage hand-blown vases from the 60s/70s. The vases perfectly complement each other in color and organic design. The set consists of a vase with an hourglass shape and a vase with an oval shape, forming a harmonious and complementary duo.
The vases are made using a technique where a white inner layer is combined with a blue outer layer. This results in a soft, diffused light effect and a color gradient that transitions from light blue at the top to a deep, dark blue at the base. This method was popular in the mid-twentieth century and gives the objects an authentic vintage character.
In excellent vintage condition. No chips or cracks. The right vase has a small, authentic production flaw (glass bead/drop) on the bottom rim, which emphasizes the artisanal craftsmanship.
