Product description
This is an authentic stoneware pitcher, manufactured by the renowned German pottery Marzi & Remy. The piece is an example of traditional craftsmanship, recognizable by its detailed relief finish and classic color palette. The pitcher is marked on the underside, confirming its origin and a capacity of one and a half liters.
The pitcher is made of high-quality stoneware, finished with a salt glaze characteristic of the Westerwald region. The design consists of a cream-colored base with deep cobalt blue and brown accents. The central panel displays a lively, figurative scene in relief, framed by decorative bands with geometric and floral motifs. Its robust shape and sturdy handle emphasize the functional origin of the object.
The overall condition of the pitcher is excellent, consistent with its age. The glaze is intact and the colors are bright, with no visible signs of significant wear. The piece has retained its original character and finish, testifying to careful preservation over the years.
This pitcher is not only a functional piece of Tableware, but also a highly decorative object. It fits well into a classic, country, or rustic interior, where it adds character and a touch of European history to a dresser, open cabinet, or as a central element on a table.
