Product description
This is an original abstract material work by the Belgian artist Dries Van den Broeck (1923–1995). Created in 1992, the work is a powerful example of the lyrical-abstract style characteristic of his later oeuvre.
The artwork is executed in a mixed technique on paper or cardboard, resulting in a rich and tactile surface structure. Measuring 50 cm in height and 40 cm in width, the composition displays a palette of warm earth tones, accented with deep orange, rust colors, and strong black contrasts. The piece is hand-signed and dated "Dries 1992" in the lower right corner.
The work is in excellent condition, carefully preserved by its professional framing. It is placed behind glass with a neutral passe-partout in a cream-colored wooden frame, which has protected the integrity of the paper and pigments.
