About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
3 cantilever chrome chairs.
The tubular frame is made of high-gloss chrome with black bakelite armrests and newly upholstered with black corduroy.
The chairs were designed by Tubax in Belgium around 1930
Tubax chairs are recognizable by the very high quality of the chrome work and the thick comfortable cushions.
These are not remakes but made between 1930 - 1950
The Elsene model by Tubax is very similar to no. 3011 by gebr. de Wit and the 201 by Gispen
The upholstery and chrome of these chairs are in very good condition.
