This is an authentic sideboard (model U-452) by the Czechoslovak manufacturer Interier Praha, a beautiful example of mid-century design (1960s). The piece of furniture was designed by Jiří Jiroutek and stands out with its clean lines and the contrast between the light wood of the carcass and the darker veneer of the sliding doors. This cabinet is made of wood and has a warm, natural look. The two sliding doors open to a spacious storage area with a full-width shelf, ideal for storing crockery or other items. The characteristic slanted legs and the inlaid cream-colored plastic handles are typical details that define the Mid-Century Modern style. The sideboard is in good vintage condition, with a character appropriate for its age. The original factory sticker is still present on the back, confirming its authenticity. This compact and stylish piece of furniture fits perfectly into a retro or modern interior, for example in the living room, dining room, or hallway.
