About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
A set of two Disano-Fosnova Attiva light projects table lamps. The lamps have a minimalist design with a black metal casing and a white reflector on the inside of the shade. Light signs of wear. Two lamps are included.
A unique, rare set of two postmodern design table lamps/desk lamps. This iconic 'Priola' model was designed in the 1980s by Dutch designer Ad van Berlo and produced by Indoor Amsterdam.
The design is pure 80s Memphis style, recognizable by the sleek, asymmetrical crescent-shaped base and the slender, minimalist double rods.
Unique project edition
What makes this specific set extra special is its origin. On the base, the lamps bear the original project stamp of 'Attiva lichtprojecten / Disano-Fosnova'. This means that this set was supplied at the time for a high-end architectural or office project. Instead of the consumer pyramid shade, this more exclusive project variant is equipped with a sleek, semi-circular shade that fits perfectly into a minimalist or mid-century modern interior.
