The Diogenes is a combination of a reading lamp and a lamp for indirect lighting. A halogen lamp provides the general lighting. A glare-free and arbitrarily adjustable additional light source is integrated into the base of the lamp for direct reading light. Both light sources can be dimmed independently of each other.
