It looks a bit worn but that is the style, it was bought this way
This is a substantial dining set, comprising a large table, four chairs, and a matching bench, all unified by a strong, rustic aesthetic. The design pairs a robust, trestle-style base with clean lines in the seating, creating a balanced look that is both commanding and inviting. The generous proportions of the table make it an ideal centerpiece for family gatherings and entertaining.
The table features a solid wood construction with a heavily distressed top, showcasing a mix of dark brown and black tones that highlight the natural grain and texture of the wood. The sturdy base is finished in a contrasting black paint. The four dining chairs and the spacious bench are upholstered in a durable, suede-effect textile in a versatile taupe-brown shade, complemented by black wooden legs that echo the table's frame. This combination of materials provides both visual interest and practical comfort.
The set presents with a distinct character, defined by its intentionally rustic finish and signs of regular use. The distressed nature of the tabletop is a key design feature, giving it a lived-in and welcoming feel from the start. The upholstery and framework are structurally sound, ready for continued daily life. The overall impression is one of durability and timeless, casual style.
Perfectly suited for a large dining room or an open-plan kitchen-diner, this set anchors the space with its presence. It would integrate seamlessly into interiors with a rustic, industrial, or modern farmhouse theme, providing ample and comfortable seating for everyday meals and special occasions.
