Product description
This is a vintage swing arm wall light from the Dutch manufacturer Dijkstra. The design is a classic example of Dutch Design from the mid-20th century, known for its functionality and clean lines. The lamp has an adjustable chrome-plated metal arm and a wall plate and shade in a dark green, almost olive green color. The inside of the shade is painted white for optimal light diffusion. The combination of glossy chrome and matte green lacquer gives the lamp a timeless look characteristic of the Space Age and Mid-Century period. This lamp is in good vintage condition and fully functional, ready to add a touch of retro design to your interior. It is a characterful item that carries its history with it. Ideal as a reading lamp next to an armchair or bed, or as atmospheric lighting in a study or living room. Has an old repair to the adjustable clamp, functions perfectly.
