Product description
This Dijkstra floor lamp is a rare model from the 1970s, characterized by its double, adjustable arms and distinctive mushroom-shaped shades. The design reflects the innovative approach to lighting from that period, where functionality and striking aesthetics go hand in hand.
The lamp is made of white lacquered metal combined with chrome accents, creating a sleek and timeless contrast. The two acrylic shades spread a soft, diffused light and can be independently directed thanks to the flexible arms. The height and position of the arms can be adjusted using the black rotary knobs on the central rod. The lamp is equipped with a foot switch on the cord. Adjustable to different heights.
The fixture is in good condition, appropriate for its age and use. The original finish has been preserved, which contributes to the authentic character of this vintage piece.
This floor lamp comes into its own in a modern or eclectic interior. It is a functional lighting object that can serve as both a reading lamp next to an armchair and ambient lighting in a living room. The measurements are: Shade diameter is 18 cm. Base is 29 cm diameter. Total height is 164 cm. Slight signs of use consistent with its age. With foot switch.
