Here's a charming vintage tea service by the Dutch manufacturer G. Bredemeijer, complete with its original decorative tray. This set brings a touch of classic elegance and nostalgia, centered around the beautifully illustrated tray featuring a bouquet of daisies. The service includes four silver-plated pieces: a teapot, a lidded sugar bowl, a milk jug, and a sugar shaker, all marked by G. Bredemeijer of Hilversum. Each piece features a classic silhouette with delicate beaded detailing along the edges. The round tray combines a silver-plated rim and handles with a ceramic base, which is hand-painted with a cheerful floral motif in white, yellow, and green against a pale blue background. The underside of the tray is marked with numbers, possibly indicating a model or production series from the 1930s. Overall, the set is in good condition, consistent with its age. The silver-plated items have a warm patina and are well-preserved. The tray's artwork remains vibrant, though it displays a fine network of crazing that adds to its authentic vintage character.
