Product description
This is an authentic oil lamp by the Dutch manufacturer DHR Holland, dating from the 1950s. The piece combines a brass base with a classic white glass shade, a design characteristic of the mid-20th century. The lamp is made of brass for the base and the burner mechanism, and features an opal white glass shade that provides a soft, diffused light. The original glass chimney, with inscription, is also present. This type of kerosene lamp was a common and atmospheric lighting element in Dutch households. The lamp is in good vintage condition and shows a patina on the brass that matches its age and history. This characteristic appearance makes each piece unique. The lamp is complete with all original parts, including the wick. The piece is an atmospheric addition to a sideboard, side table or windowsill and fits well in both a classic and an eclectic interior.
